Spotted in EEN that a comrade applied the Highway Code to a driver parked in the zigzags
Cyclist declined to overtake on such a dangerous situation / felt would leave him open to prosecution. Was overtaken himself several times by irate van driver and motorist on wrong side of road.
Caused tailback. Polis went by but ignored while thing. Tempers fraying. Driver eventually appears. Declines to accept his responsibility for tailback. Drives off.
