    The good news is that the strange disgusting taste in my mouth when I was riding apparently isn't the onset of Covid 19.
    The bad news is that the sludge I discovered in a hidden nook of the nozzle of my water bottle had virtualy attained sentience by the time I found it.

    the good news is i'll hit 8,000 km by end Nov

    the bad news is my left hand is still mangled from a crash a few months back

    and that is why i drink
