I can see the wheels being "modified" on that one, then used for a Cannonball run along the tram tracks ;-)

It has a feel of a bike made in a garage by some one on here.
After looking at the site, the reason for that becomes clear, it's an open source cargo bike.
Edit, I'm loving this concept!

I spotted wheelbarrow dude on Ardmillan when coming back from my run this morning.
Thought "that's smart but I still don't think I'd get a sheet of plywood on there"[1].
Then saw this thread and the flatbed quadricycle....
[1] I seem to have been buying a lot of plywood recently.

I've downloaded the plans for the a recumbent trike, they don't have plans for the cargo bike but I'm very tempted to build the low rider then use the methods to build a cargo bike.
