Just got my TdF 2022 race guide in the post, and very nice it is too. Heading to see it for the first time, stage 12 which should be pretty nice. Looking at the guide though and I'm unable to figure out what "C'van" means... The timings clearly are giving you a good indication as to when the riders are going to be at specific locations depending on their speed, but there's also this "C'van" column which appears to start 2 hours ahead of the fastest time. And I just have little clue what it means.

Ultimately, I'm trying to figure out at what time I should be getting to my vantage point! And if this time is important for some reason, would be useful to know...

When polled, 47 percent of fans on the roadside of the Tour de France said they came to see the caravan. Based on the Tour’s own fan figures, that’s somewhere between five and 10 million people lining France’s roadways for the parade, not the peloton.
