MMW & NMW are going to be the queue for St Giles.

Recommend avoiding as much as possible today/tomorrow.

Sounds like Operation Unicorn and Fringe mixed together!
Imagine plans would have been different if it had happened a few weeks ago.
Glad to not be in the city just now.
Looks like the security barriers were moved from Lawnmarket.

I took the longer cross-town route to work this morning:- the "secret bike route" followed by Dean village and Water of Leith. It was fine

Got to get the kids to the canal at Harrison Park this evening, how bad is it? I'm hoping we can still cycle across if we take our time.

You could divert via Stockbridge and along the WoL path that has reopened over to Roseburh then round to Harrison Pk?

Could not believe the queue. Central/North Meadows, MMW, George Square all rammed. Cycled across the south edge on The Melville Terrace path no problems though, the could rejoin at the pavilion.
