I’m doing better than the message suggests honest! Unfortunately one of the cuts and grazes is right on my foot/ankle joint and even putting a cycling shoe on rubs it at the moment. Hopefully not much longer thiugh

I don't think I own a pair of flat pedals any more! I've got SPD-SL pedals and cleats galore though...

I recommend a set of these to anyone who only has clipless pedals: https://pedal-plate.cc
They make popping out on local errands so much more convenient as you don't have to change shoes.

Some low key ad hoc PYery today, with mcairney, jdanielp, urchaidh, chrisfl and unhurt. I think I was the only CCE PYer using a capital letter, actually.
I had a nice enough ride in with a bit of a tailwind but going into the wind afterwards was freezing.
