Not sure how much notice that the Council will take, given that the two year "trial" took six year, and the following roll-out of Bike hangers started over two years ago but is running at a snails pace. Whereas, Glasgow, just got on with it...

I assume the rugby club had hidden all the survey design books in the university library that day.
They probably shouldn't be using Google forms either (we definitely have a site licence for an online survey tool) but even still hopefully it gather some good data to use as evidence. I've filled it out
