Failing that, just take the A823

For Gleneagles Golf they build a temporary bridge along the line of Caledonian Crescent (severed by A9 dual carriageway) - why this can't just be left in place.... & serve the station and coach stop for Citylink on A9

The sightlines might be excellent but good grief, I wouldn't chance crossing the A9 like that! That is shockingly dangerous.

I'd use the roundabout and go up the A823.

    Temporary bridge on Streetview

As I was on a brommie I was befriended by kindly old toff who gave me a lift. He mentioned the Gowf Bridge I did use it on way back and some big gaps in traffic did appear but err Fukkkkkadukkkkk

There's plenty similar on the A90 as well.
