It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

not resolvedbecause we were moving, we thought we'd try getting broadband etc from sky*.
everything I saw said that sky includes discovery+ (and other things) so we could watch the cycling.
but having got connected today, we've ended up watching flèche wallone catchup on Eurosport (with adverts) because discovery plus says we need to add something?
can anyone help?
*goes against all our principles to give money to Murdoch but thought we would try because we were fed up with other providers.
Maybe a further 6.99 a month?
afraid that may be the answer. which is annoying, as all the coverage when GCN died suggested that just a sky account was enough.
got this to work today. ie can now use discovery app to watch cycling ad-free via sky.
only problem at the moment is that we're only getting the ambient sound no commentary on the tv... commentary on phone though.
