    In case anyone was wondering where the £1.6m for the Dalmahoy junction was coming from:

    Note that the "Road safety" fund is meant to be for school streets, pedestrian crossings, etc. There will be almost zero active travel benefit at Dalmahoy.

    This junction "upgrade" has all come about because a handful of vocal motorists wanted to continue speeding through there, instead of accepting a reduced speed limit!
