It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Only 65 people have ever completed this - 87 mile run / 21 mile swim / 181 mile cycle from London to Paris.
Lindsey Blair from Troon is one of only 15 women to have completed the event.

It is a tremendous achievement but make sure if eating in a Buzzworks restaurant that you have a discount Couponn, We were at the nice one at South Queensferry and the guy next to us realised he was the only dinner not getting a discount [the discount just brings their prices down to the average range for the food they provide]
It's a 21 mile swim in a straight line. She ended up swimming over 50 miles battling currents that sometimes took her back towards England.
