Leaving Charlotte Sq heading north down the hill the remarkably named Petrichor sandwich shop (I would like my sandwich to remind me of the smell of the earth after rain) to the right and the intricate column commemorating the female writer (daughter of the first Scottish statistician) to the left

The police should be camped out at the lights near Davidsons Mains, on Hillhouse Road and Craigcrook Road, they'd make a fortune and perhaps stop a potential accident.

Or the junction of Queen St & Hanover St. I see a car or two blatantly jumping a red light pretty much every time I pass through there.

Strangely, the tech is there to fine people who jump red lights or speed.
Bit it just isn’t cricket

In better news the 20mph seems to be working in Edinburgh with injuries and fatalities down a good whack.
