I have a steel frame (Columbus Gara tubing, I think) which has two vertical cuts (don't ask) in the seat tube just below the top lug. Can anyone suggest anywhere in Edinburgh that would be able to effect a welding repair to such a frame?

Does anyone even think it may be possible?

It was a long and very stuck seat tube. We ended up boring it out, but the cuts came from a less successful earlier attempt....
