Got a field trip tomorrow and the meeting point is at Dunsapie Loch.
I'm not aware of any lamp posts etc that one could chain the bike to while we are out and about.
If they have a mini bus I may be able to leave it there but I do believe we are all to make our way there.

Aside from chaining it to a nice tree somewhere are there any sites up there be it lamposts racks etc or perhaps railings further around?
Only been around the once and can't remember much.

    Many thanks folks

    Michael.

  2. There are Sheffield stands in the car park beside it:

Look out for the Iceland Gull! (only 70-80 come to the UK every year):

Enjoy cycling the singlespeed up the hill!

I might take the bike up the right hand side as it's a bit longer but more gentle... (I hope)
Nice one on the Icelandic. Not seen one myself yet. The ranger told me about it last week but I'm yet to make it up.
I'll hopefully get a bit of birding in tomorrow morning before the field visit.

Cheers for the photo Anth. The 7 hills birding ride sounds like a brilliant route. Must do it myself soon.
