Anyone see any picket lines at the Unis this morning? (I should be out but still have miserable cold, so am staying indoors). (First time I was on a picket line here, I ended up with my picture in the EEN, so probably just as well...)

Yes, I saw one at the Old College.
(there seems to be something going round at the moment-hoping I don't catch it too..)

I cycled past a demo at the Parliament at lunchtime carrying placards with messages about saving Stowe College I think.

There was a picket line at Heriot Watt this morning, average age 70. Not flying pickets exactly but more Emeritus Pickets. Worrying as I hear Chemistry lecture went ahead. Fings aint wot they used ta be
