Backlash against cycling is as strong as ever which shows numbers are increasing!
- Regulate them
Insure them
Don't encourage them as we have too many already...!
To be fair Kaye seems quite positive - also wondered about the need to wear flourescents. She wondered what was wrong with 'normal' clothes.

nope, wasnt me, i was driving, did manage a text but as it was pretty negative relating to the polices attitude to cyclists. I was calm but lets face it we are the new scapegoats, god even supermarket delivery lorries are of the moan radar at the moment. I also stated that I would always take children on the pavement until proficient unless a car was illegally parked on the path, complete with company name on the side and blue lights on the roof ! dont think I got a mention !I was very respectfull about the sad death .
