That's one handsome looking bike. Looks thoughtfully designed too, and unlike a lot of the fixie-fashion brigade designs seems to be capable of installing full "proper" mudguards. The stem design on the flat-barred version is very neat.

I thought it looked much better with drops. I thought the article was a bit over-written but the Q&A at the end and indeed the comments on the article were all helpful. As I have a significant gradient I will admire from a far and plough on with gears that change.
