The cycling scene in Tuscany is amazing. Whilst the roadies are ever present on the wonderful if hilly routes, every day cycling is exceptionally strong in the flatter towns and cities such as Florence and Lucca. Great to see - some wonderful town bikes as well.

Another remarkable sight was the roadies going up serious hills in the high 20's, with two shirts on. I was too hot in a t-shirt standing still.
