    Ocean Terminal's current (newish) owners seem to have quite a positive approach to filling units rather than identikit retail mall stuff. Maybe it's out of necessity rather than out of want, but the multitude of art galleries have had me visit more times in the past year than ever since it opened.

    They're paying a peppercorn rent but maybe this is the retail management equivalent of loss leading, because once people are in the door they can then visit Boots and H+M
