"Car company puts staff on Edinburgh Bicycles"

Would this be similar to driving to your work at a bike shop?

They're not actually putting their staff on bikes. They're joining the Cycle to Work scheme. My ex work colleague (yes there were only two of us) joined that scheme and paid for it by quitting her union. She used the bike to cycle to work just once but was featured in the literature for the scheme the following year as a satisfied customer - which I suppose she was.
