    Was talking to an Irish ex-pat in Haarlem, Netherlands. He said 'Watch out for cycling drunk if the Police stop you.'
    'Really? Can you get fined for riding drunk?'
    'Well, they wont fine you, but they will take the piss.'

    ahhh the Dutch!
