Was walking down Colinton Road, about to cross above Watsons, with baby in buggy and four year old at my side. We were waiting for a car to pass, when as it went by something came flying out the window, just missing the 4 yearold's head and hitting the sun cover on the buggy. Bizarrely, it was an ice cream cone, but flung at such a rate, and from a moving (speeding?) car, that it hit with a real whack. Am just relieved it didn't hit either child, as it would have hurt. Got a partial registration and vague descrip. Can't quite see phoning police to report assault by ice cream....
