I wonder what the RIE will be doing with the money. The staff cycle parking there is pretty good - secure cages. Perhaps there is demand for more.
Certainly there would be if they fixed THAT RIE path!
Also if/when bus road to Greendykes gets built there should be a lot more people willing to cycle along the flatter route.
