September is the month of the World Wide Raleigh Twenty Congress.

    Here's what to do:

1.) During this month of September, go for a ride on your Raleigh Twenty. It doesn't matter so much where you go, just go for a ride. You can go to a pub, bar, park, beach, field, favourite secluded spot... just get on your Twenty and ride there.

2.) If you happen to know anyone else nearby who has a Raleigh Twenty, or like many, you own several Twentys, then get together for a group ride. Maybe go for a coffee, have a picnic, have a mini Tweed-Ride, or a Denim-Ride, or a Costume-Ride.

3.) Take pictures. If you want to feature in the picture, you can pose for the shot, if you don't, just take a picture of your Twenty (or fold of Twentys) in a picturesque setting.

    Why September?

Well, September is Spring in the Southern Hemisphere and Autumn/Fall in the Northern Hemisphere. Hopefully it's neither too hot nor too cold in either Hemisphere to go for a ride and to have a nice day out.

Anyone else on here a Twenty owner?

Nope but I saw one on the racks outside the pub by Haymarket station earlier in the week :)

I saw a Twenty-style tandem the other day outside the charity shop on Marchmont Crescent. Was called Gazelle or something like that.
