I saw this Notice at Linlithgow Station announcing the opening of a new Sustrans path through the Houpetoun Estate west of South Queesferry.

From notice - 'no parking at Abercorn'. Wonder how many local 'worthies' arrived "by bicycle, on foot or by horse".

Well done Sustrans and West Lothian council! I must say the latter have a pretty good track record of investing in decent cycle paths.

According to the Sustrans online map the route from Blackness to Hopetoun doesn't use the new zig zagging bit of path, but continues east into the Hopetoun estate.
Anyone been on that bit yet?
