I took advantage of the sunny weather to ride all the way out to Oldhamstocks. I didn't quite realise how strong a tail-wind I had until I turned and started on the thirty six mile return leg.

Wow, it's proper hot out there. Definitely going to take the long route home down to Cramond and along the prom.

We have a schedualed ride from Haymarket yards. we head up the WOL to balerno. Then up to the reservoirs & back along north side of resovoirs to Colinton Dell/WOL. After that we pick up the canal & finish off with a pint in Cloisters. Its sunset @ the reservoirs so you'd need lights, but the views over Edin & beyond when dark are spectacular. 5.45 behind Citypoint building/Inland Revenue builing at Haymarket yards.

Sorry Its a regular thing. Every week over the summer. This year we all have good lights and are having so much fun we decided to keep going as long as the weather is nice.

Id I'm back from work in time and it's even remotely like this evening, then yes. Although noise of my front dérailleur might be bit off-putting, desperately in need of replacement! (weekend job)

I'll be up for a ride for a bit. I've got my Thursday swimming pass but if its nice again i'd rather be out on the bike, the pool can wait for the winter weather.

You lucky peeps! We've taken a week break up at Gairloch. Yesterday was fantastic weather if a bit blow, but mostly it is wet & windy (still beautiful though).
