Yeah, hoping to make it down to Redbraes as yesterday's final league fixture was entertaining.

My son was asking if he could have a go, he got very excited by the spectacle. Needs to practice on his own bike a few more years though before he can ride one with no brakes!
Personally I'd quite fancy having a go, I notice a basic steel frame speedway bike can be had for less than 200 quid. Wouldn't want to let a team down though, maybe if there's a 'beginners freestyle' event...

Falcons VERY keen for new members - all ages.
They have bikes to use.

Oh, I'm tempted. Thankfully after Saturday's vets match the league doesn't restart until April. Plenty of time to think about it. Maybe even take a spin at Redbraes during the off-season. Might try and have a chat with Tommy about their training schedule...

They do some pre-season track training and also some indoor spinning.
