"The Helix" sounds interesting but their website could *really* do with a map of the current/proposed routes.
Lots of general info but not a lot of specifics just now as far as I can tell?
I was chatting to a chap at the Falkirk Wheel yesterday who had been on these or similar tracks - he was a tad muddy and had skint his knee but he was in good spirits.
