Bike surveillance

Funny this, as I scuba dive and a couple of years ago aI recall hearing that the security forces were on the look out for 'foreigners' seeking scuba courses in the US which could potentially lead to them planing devices under boats.....
Sounds a bit like the 50's and McCarthyism. Wonder if they are also invertigating their own grandmas?

Hehehehehe! I love the 'graphic representation' of how the bike could have been used for surveillance. I think I might have to re-produce that in citycycling!

Not sure the covert approach was required. So many bikes and helmets have cameras fitted nowadays a camera could be left in plain view attached to either.
