    OK not 'cycling' but includes RBS and others where people (some on here) cycle to work.

    Radio comment that this is just Moody catching up with other ratings agencies.

    Those of us who happen to work for a financial services institution aren't often fans of Robert "we're all dooooomed" Peston, but his analysis today of this is rather good and (for those of us who don't speak economics) helps clarify the situation (and doesn't require registration).
