Seems so hard to trust the weather forecasts these days. At least metcheck makes it look colourful
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Metcheck was right yesterday - I had hoped snow would last through 6pm, as BBC said, but it switched to rain exactly when they said it would. Creepy!
http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/today.asp?zipcode=eh1 still predicting strong winds on Friday.

This morning gets my nomination for worst commute this winter. A really miserable ride. With the child seat the bike catches the wind badly, and I nearly got blown into the left turn lane while trying to turn right from Salisbury Place onto Minto. Bleah!
yep - I was very glad not to have the empty bike seat on today, doesn't win my worst cycle day - that was the sheet ice on the Trinity/Roseburn path. Never. Been. So. Tense.
