Princes Street "Cyclist Dismount"

    PS - ever been to Egypt? I always get this backward when talking about 'up the nile'. to a northerner, it feels like it ought to be north, but of course it is south, and the delta/med is north....

    funnily enough was walking through Bristo Square at the weekend and we watched the skateboarding and BMXing yoofs practicing their stuff. We both agreed that it was far better that they were out doing that rather than sitting at home on Xbox or hanging around in bus shelters or Primarks.

    I'm with you on that. I've always struggled with north and south in Edinburgh and I'm sure it's hill related too!

    I think its the hills being south. To me hills are north of here!
