It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

I was inspired by the many thousands of words of PBP ride reports that just popped through my door in printed form to publish a ride report consisting of just my raw tweets, illustrated with interesting photographs.
A year's preparation and 1200km of suffering, boiled down to 44x 144 letter text messages, coloured green for high points, red for low?
I know some of you followed at the time, but anyway... may be entertaining :)
Dave, in that last photo, reflected in the mirrored glass, is that Colin and Sonya ahead of you on the tandem?

@kaputnik, yes. I rode with them for the first couple of hundred km and then at the finish. I was very pleased that they made it round.
(In fact, I thought I saw Sonya on a single last Saturday while hanging at the showroom?)

Dave, that's a really great idea and made for some jealous reading (in my mind, not in any sense of reality)
Guess that's the real power of twitter as a microblogging platform that you can annotate with media, all the tiny bits put together can make for a fairly pacy, vital and interesting read.
