OK I will make this tenuous link to cycling in that my chin is colder than usual given the beard got lopped off for Movember.
If you don't know what it's about you can find out
If you want to donate please feel free (note I am putting up the link to the team not the individual)
However if you do spot me and would like to donate direct to me I am aiming for a total of £80 simply for the free entry to the party, not that I am likely to make it given that I will probably be my usual caring hubbydad and stay home ;)
Oh and if anyone here is doing Movember feel free to join the team if you don't have one already. Maybe we could start team CCE next year. (See, another link! HAH!)
Not sure how inclusive it is mind, I have heard of the concept of a mo-sista as well as a mo-bro but I am not sure I want to think about it too much

I saw a woman with a full-on moustache waiting in the queue to go round Donaldson's on Open Doors Day 2008.

On passing Artisan Roast this morning in Broughton Street. I noticed they had a sign up advertising hugs from the moustachioed man for Movember!

I must and shall own moustache reflectors.

Kap's link is true, mind. I scorn the winter breeze with my shield of ginger.

Wellingtons Coffee shop opn corner of George Street and Hanover North had a sign up saying something like a discount for Mo'ed people. Wish I had the time to stop by... How about a Wellington coffee morning this Friday?

Thought this fri was a PY?
Besides, hirsute though I am, 24hrs notice is not quite enough to grow a 'tache! ;-))

  9. Wellington's coffee ain't bad - the issue is space! It's teeeeeeeeny! Good summer option if it open at 7 though, cos can sit in the wee outside bit round the side...

Can I state again how much I LOVE bikeyface and this is the funniest thing I've seen in ages: http://bikeyface.com/2011/09/28/perfec-safety-gear/

I love Wellington Coffee too, sorry wingpig, but as for Movember not s'much:

    "I'll get you butlaah"

PS, not doing Mo, just mid hobo-beard removal.

    Hanging them on the handlebars?
Let me be the first to shout (froth incoherently) AnImAL CrUeLtY!!!
Not to mention - they don't stay puppies for long so you would have to keep buying new ones. Who is going to care for all the out of date puppies or as they are also known "dogs"?
@Stepdoh - I need to see this hobo-beard, you say you were mid removal - does that mean you were shaving as you type?
@SRD - lol at your comment on the site

Maybe one could strap a puppy to ones rear rack that would work, no?

No puppies LOVE being draped over handlebars.

Beard not so fulsomely hobo, more scrappy stubble.

With removal suddenly becomes blakey. Apols for the frankly terrifying picture, have amended to something a bit smaller and more manageable.

Brad from the Bike Chain used to do this until his puppy turned into a hooge big dog.
