To celebrate I'll be switching on my solar Christmas lights earlier today.
Have back up ones of course!

Tree lit. Some carols sung. Had to miss out on refreshments
Hope it was better than the Musselburgh Christmas lights switch on we went to a few years ago. A big crowd gathered, the button was pressed and a large tableau lit up on the side of the Brunton Theatre. Then a squad of workmen set off round the town on a cherry picker to switch all the others on one by one.
