Buried in there is a link to the Scottish Parliament committees' reports on the budget proposals.

Particularly interesting from 'our' point of view is Appendix I, the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee report. A lot of concern expressed about the cuts to active travel budgets; also anxiety about cuts to rail freight grants.
We can only hope that the relevant ministers are listening...
