Left work yesterday at around 3:40 and was crossing Crewe Toll roundabout, indicated that I was leaving the roundabout and was heading towards the Western when the stationary car on the inside lane driven by a young woman pulled out in front of me and turned left. I hit the brakes as I wasn't sure at first whether she was goung on to the roundabout or turning left. Anyway, I noticed that she was on the phone and that the pedestrian crossing lights had just turned red and she was now stationary, so so cycled up to her car (she was still on the phone) and slapped her window with my gloved hand, well she nearly had a canary by the look on her face and I shouted "Get of the blinking phone you silly lady" or words to that effect. Forget to get her reg number in all my anger. Would you report such behaviour to the police if it happened to you?

I'd report it, even though they'd almost certainly do nowt, just in case when she's eventually involved in an accident there's a note of her prior form regarding applying all available attention to the road.
After a couple of would-have-reported-if-I'd-had-a-camera-to-record-the-numberplates things yesterday (including one nerk on a phone skipping the lights at Abbeymount) I'm definitely considering considering getting myself one for winter festive period.
