So for some crazy reason I decided to walk to Fort Kinnaird on Boxing day
just wanted some fresh air really
so I struggled with the pram(only one good arm remember) up to the shops
it was mobbed and I wasn't really buying anything
however I saw this massive woman squeezing herself out of an Audi 4x4(Q7? the mahoosive ones)
"Its rediculous, everyone brings their cars here"
now Im kinda guessing the irony of her statement or why I burst out laughing as i passed her were lost on her.
mind you FK is terribly designed for pedestrian use
I can only assume the designers envisaged people driving from section to section

I always thought that the big Audi 4x4 should have been called the Q8 - on the basis that they probably need a small countries worth of fuel to keep them going.

Perhaps Audi revere the work of Spike Milligan.

I've got a copy of Spike's Rommel! Gunner Who? needing a good home. I picked it up in a charity shop for tuppence, so it goes to first person to call dibs and arrange a collection point.
I'm one of the Harrison Park mob, although won't be there until the 3rd or so.

I was thinking of his TV show:

but given that I recently found out that youngsters know nothing of drop bars I suppose I shouldn't expect them to be aware of Q (not the entity).
