Looking for articulated lorry and witnesses for c.08.00 crash between cyclist and stationary car - seems to imply that this may have been caused by "the presence of a motor vehicle" and thus a section 170 offence for driver of vehicle which may have caused the crash, not to provide details at scene or to Police within 24 hours.
Any further detail / heads-up to look identify lorry the Police want to trace?
