I'm planning a cycle to Perth (and back). Has anyone been there and know of a good cafe central where I could lock the bike and get some food without 'tsk tsk' from the owners as I'm sitting in lyrca sweating.
Cheers,

CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Perth Concert Hall has an atrium cafe/restaurant with loads of space. Last time I was there they had less formal benches and tables in one section which would be fine for your purposes. Bike racks nearby too.
Cheers, someone recomended Bread in Heaven but its not open Sundays.
Just checked - Closed Sundays... What is this the 'Wee Frees'???
Cafe Biba is open Sunday. Only serves sandwhiches, was looking for something more substancial, but this may have to do.
Might be worth -
