    Ages ago we talked about the plan for a dropped kerb on Harrison Rd, access to park and canal path. Anyone know what happened to this?

    Maybe that article relates to the use of the underspend for this financial year? £250k for 'sustainable transport' is mentioned. Cycle paths?
