It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

   I’m just wanting to drop a note to publicise this year’s World Naked Bike Ride in Edinburgh! The official group page is listed here:

   It would be great to get as many local cyclists on board to show some solidarity in highlighting how vulnerable cyclists are and to discourage excessive car use, for us and for the environment! It’s not strictly within Bike Week, as it is a seperate (but worldwide) event, for those who are not already aware of it.
   The route hasn’t been finalised yet, so any local experts/critical mass or s.p.o.k.e.s members please get in touch if you would like to make suggestions!

   This is the man telling the riders that if they show anything 'that might offend the public' they will be arrested.

   Presumably those In Charge of Decency would ask all pink bicycles to be covered up too. I mean, imagine showing off all that paintwork without a care in the world.

   Perhaps all the ENBRers could wear flesh-coloured catsuits instead?

    I watched the footage of the London event (for research purposes you understand) and the sight of the poor devil left behind, repairing a puncture naked by the road-side, watched by a bemused crowd of passers-by should serve as a warning to all.

    Edinburgh's WNBR will be taking place on Saturday the 12th of June, starting at 3pm from Middle Meadow walk in Edinburgh (the unlabelled path between East and West Meadow Park, it's huge, but I can't get a map link to work right now)

    The 'World Naked Bike Ride' is a yearly event in over 70 cities around the world. It is a non-confrontational protest against oil dependency and aims to highlight the vulnerability of road cyclists and celebrate the human body (and draw attention to our cause!) by cycling in the buff! Most of all it's a fun ride and unforgettable experience.

    Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested, even if you aren't interested yourself.

    can't argue, after all there is the named rambler dude who keeps getting arrested as he won't cover up soo we can't have one rule for one part of society and another for the rest
