    The Flashride was featured on BBC Breakfast this morning, with a few soundbites from cyclists saying they don't enjoy taking their life in their hands every day, a bit of film of the PM riding to work and in the House of Commons saying cycling shouldn't be dangerous, and then a bunch of very sensible sounding soundbites from a visit to the Netherlands where everything is sweetness and light and cycling is normal. The mini interview with Marc van Woudenberg was particularly good.

    Susannah Reid and Charlie Stayt did their best to remind viewers of the 'cycling is dangerous' vibe.
