"New market to set out its stall" (Leith Street)

It would be good to see some good markets around. In Cambridge yesterday there was a really nice market, with lots of interesting stuff, including fresh veg, italian veg seed, and even at least 3 bike shops!
There is a regular market in Dalkeith at the weekend, but I don't find it particularly attractive (cheap pies and undies)
