"We congratulate Scotrail on looking into a tandem carrying trial on the new Class 380 electric trains which serve North Berwick and Dunbar. This is currently the subject of a safety assessment in conjunction with Spokes. I saw this too, and remember it's not just tandems that can be long. The question is whether any bigger bike will be allowed on if the train space is suitable but otherwise occupied with normal sized bikes.
