Found on Comely Bank Avenue morning of 16 March: Pair of Bikebins, with small brass-type locks on, pretty obviously stolen off someone's bike. Call the police (non-emergency switchboard: 0131 311 3131) to claim; expect to identify contents.

Done and done-r. Well, almost. Thanks to thebikechain, we've managed to get in touch with the owner and it's just a matter of handing them over.
