    Hey all,

A coffee encounter is required so that Insto and I can do a shady pannier swap. Tuesday is the preferred date.

Peter's Yard suit everyone? (Particularly Instography? ;-)

is this like a "I've just moved in and wanted to borrow a jar of Gold Blend" sort of coffee encounter?

    Yeah, why not.

That is quite a lot of coffee in one week but I am off work and it'll get me out of bed..

Tuesday? That's a non-nursery-wife-off-day with added parents-up so I could theoretically even get there before eight.

I'll wave as I cycle by, but won't have much chance to stop.

Suits me perfectly. Must attach that rack to my bike so I can transport the things.

Not one to pass up on a hot flat white, but I'm Kinder Verkehrs-Betriebe morgen (that's a geeky nod to the Cologne tram system)

Not sure about frozen, but misty was certainly true at the weekend, as you can see.

My training this morning's been cancelled, so I am a free man till lunch time. Might very well pootle to Pete's.

Hmm, I hadn't considered what I'd do with the panniers without a rack myself. May require improvisation...

    See a few faces tomorrow!

Ah, it's not that I don't have a rack, I just won't be cycling in on a bike with a rack - thanks though!

(Surely someone will take you up on this generous offer? Perhaps we could auction it off to passing riders on MMW? ;-)

I'll be there a little before half seven. Need time to clean up the bike first, so I don't embarrass myself in front of the cognescenti...

Was a little late, but good to see some of the usual suspects.

White bikes are *impossible* to clean. Grrrr....

Bit on the brisk side for what I was wearing - I was fine sitting still, but as soon as I had to move anywhere I realised I was actually cold.

Was indeed a pleasant chat, and good to meet Smudge and Insto as well as those I've nattered to before.

@ Uberuce. I had that yesterday
I had something to drop off at work near the Gyle
I live on the other side of the city and it got colder as i got near there (0530)
was glad to see someone from work at Makro so I could give it to them and head back to town to go to the gym.
feet were like blocks of ice when I got there

Whoops may have forgotten to set alarm to coffee time rather than work time, thus sleeping through a lovely chance to sit outside eating buns. D'oh!

That was nice. Went to work very effectively punished by trying to keep up with DaveC's pace along from the airport and wired with coffee.
