The University Transport Office is going to print and distribute the POP posters!
They're also going to email out to the Bike User Groups and tweet on their channel.
The posters will likely start appearing from the end of next week.

CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

I tweeted kaputnic about having postcard sized posters made up so we could had them out to cyclist we pass on the street. Not heard anything back.
I've been extremely brave and stuck one up in each of our lifts. We have a really awful concierge though who I'm sure will tear them off by 10am... a few may see first though!
Excellent! Only -slight- problem is that we don't want to put them up quite yet. issues about getting police permission, and also timing. Roibeard, I'll cc you in on an email to the Pop admin team to make sure we're all on the same wavelength.
Can others with contacts at other Unis try to get them to do same? UoE example might be useful leverage.
UoE has a 'sustainability' guru - who has signed our petition, and who's offered to meet up with me. Don't know if other unis have similar?
orly. Hmm, perhaps I should go and take them back down myself!
Hey! I'll be happy to stick up lots of posters, leaflet bikes parked/moving, etc. Where/when can I pick up a stack of leaflets/posters? I'm meeting lots of friends who'll be happy help on Friday (for Critical Mass). I'll be at the Friday morning zazou canal coffee thing, if you have them with you then?
Thanks for organising this! (my friends and I were grumbling that we need a protest just like this one! and one appeared!).
Ooh, I should put a pair up in the bike racks at work.
Oops, sorry guys - didn't know I was jumping the gun...
I've had one up since the photoshoot, and passed them to the Transport Office (in charge of the bike sheds) as Kaputnik drew them.
'Tis one of the problems of grass roots, internet organisation - no centralised control!
Robert
I have one up outside my office too! But, Roibeard, please make sure anything that goes up has the 2pm start - not the original posters that k'nik did.
Poster dissemination will start soon and we'll let you know -- all efforts very, very much appreciated.
FYI, we are going to leaflet the spokes meeting tonight (too good an opp to pass up) but otherwise, just waiting another few days....
I've had the first email from the KB BUG - it points to the pop website rather than giving details.
Rolbeard: Of course! I forgot about the hustings. I'll grab a handful of fliers there if I can?
@SRD - yep, marker has already been out to amend the time.
And I sent the updated PDFs to the Transport Office, so that's the one they plan on using.
Robert
(sorry, I meant SRD)
I'm a postgrad at Napier, I could see if I could get the NSA to put something out.

They are going ahead I hear. Be a few days though and not sure how many will be printed.
Yes the postcard flyers are going ahead. However we're holding off until the time / date and location are 100% confirmed with the various box tickers around town so that we don't print a big load of things that need altered. Got to get it right first time! Designs largely ready though, and print-your-own designs will also be PDFed and put on the site.
