    All the former Lothian Region councils have a share in Lothian Buses, although East, Mid and West only have a minority, and LB has for many years never operated in West. Perhaps if the non-Edinburgh councils increased their shareholding they might be keen to benefit from LB's undeniably good service rather than be lumbered with Worstbus.
