Does anyone have such a wierd thing as a 23mm cone wrench I could somehow borrow for five minutes? (23mm not a typo)
Talk about a bizarre size. It needs to be a cone wrench though, I've discovered ;-)

I've got a Park 22mm, from Cycle Heaven in York I think. You could get one of those and do a little fettling with a file.
